Aruba is an observer in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), an associate member of the World Trade Organization through the Netherlands and is a full member of the Association of Caribbean States. They currently have no outstanding international disputes. Aruba is a transit point for US- and Europe-bound narcotics with some accompanying money-laundering activity.
