Known Affiliations
A New York State gang by the name of Born To Kill that was founded by a Vietnamese refugee who came to the U.S. in 1975 and worked as an enforcer for the Flying Dragons. It's said, 13 years later he broke away and started his own gang. By the early 1990s Born To Kill, which took its name from a phrase American soldiers had on their helmets during the Vietnam War, was composed mainly of young Vietnamese men and immigrants from other Southeast Asian countries.
