Florida Institute of Technology Student Housing

Campus housing at Florida Institute of Technology is divided among seven residence halls, one apartment complex, and two village suites. There are seven residences in the apartment complex north of Crane Creek. It is common to refer to the Southgate complex as "off campus," because it is separated from the rest of the campus by Babcock Street. Six of the residence halls are located on or near the "Residence Quad."

Whenever any form of government shall become destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, & to institute new government, laying it’s foundation on such principles & organising it’s powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety & happiness.
    Thomas Jefferson (1743–1826)

The real accomplishment of modern science and technology consists in taking ordinary men, informing them narrowly and deeply and then, through appropriate organization, arranging to have their knowledge combined with that of other specialized but equally ordinary men. This dispenses with the need for genius. The resulting performance, though less inspiring, is far more predictable.
    John Kenneth Galbraith (b. 1908)

What is the student but a lover courting a fickle mistress who ever eludes his grasp?
    Sir William Osler (1849–1919)
