Famous quotes containing the words flight attendant, flight and/or attendant:

Here I am.... You get the parts of me you like and also the parts that make you uncomfortable. You have to understand that other people’s comfort is no longer my job. I am no longer a flight attendant.
    Patricia Ireland (b. 1935)

While those same hundreds mock another day
Because we have made our art of common things ...
    William Butler Yeats (1865–1939)

Every human being has, like Socrates, an attendant spirit; and wise are they who obey its signals. If it does not always tell us what to do, it always cautions us what not to do.
    Lydia M. Child (1802–1880)
