Song
"Far Away" was a huge success in the U.S. and became the band's fourth Top Ten single on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at #8. The song was the second Top Ten single from their latest album All the Right Reasons after the leading single of the album, "Photograph", which peaked at number two on the chart, making All the Right Reasons Nickelback's only CD to date to have two top ten singles on the Hot 100. The song was also a #1 hit on both the pop chart and Adult Top 40. In addition "Far Away" has found big success on the U.S., digital, and adult contemporary charts. The song however was not played on rock radio and therefore didn't chart due to its soft rock nature, as opposed to Nickelback's usual heavier post-grunge style. "Far Away" was also a huge success in Australia and New Zealand, peaking at #2 in both countries respectively.
"Rockstar" was the second song of Nickelback to reach number one on the chart. The first was "How You Remind Me", which stayed at number one the last 2 weeks of 2009.
The song is included in the 2010 compilation album "Now That's What I Call Love", along with other popular ballads released between 1999 through 2009.
