Fancy is the northernmost settlement in both the island of Saint Vincent and in the nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It is located on the coast close to the country's northernmost point. The town of Owia lies to the southeast of Fancy.
Famous quotes containing the words saint and/or vincent:
“Troll the bowl, the jolly nut-brown bowl,
And here, kind mate, to thee!
Lets sing a dirge for Saint Hughs soul,
And down it merrily.”
—Thomas Dekker (1572?1632?)
“Hearing your words, and not a word among them
Tuned to my liking, on a salty day
When inland woods were pushed by winds, that flung them
Hissing to leeward like a ton of spray,”
—Edna St. Vincent Millay (18921950)
