Family Business (game)

Family Business, although played with a set of specialized cards, is more like a board game in the way it is played. "The game of mob vengeance" is for 2 to 6 players, each of whom plays with 9 mobsters from real historical gangs:

  • The Moran Gang (headed by Bugs Moran)
  • The New York Mob
  • The Capone Mob (headed by Al Capone)
  • Murder, Inc.
  • The Purple Gang
  • The Bank Robbers (including Bonnie and Clyde)

Famous quotes containing the words family and/or business:

“Blackmail is one of the great pastimes of family life.”
    —Mason Cooley (b. 1927)

“One of the necessary qualifications of an efficient business man in these days of industrial literature seems to be the ability to write, in clear and idiomatic English, a 1,000-word story on how efficient he is and how he got that way.... It seems that the entire business world were devoting its working hours to the creation of a school of introspective literature.”
    —Robert Benchley (1889–1945)
