F Line (RTD)
The F Line (sometimes known as the Red Line), part of the light rail system operated by the Regional Transportation District in the Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area in Colorado, was added to the system on November 17, 2006, as part of the Southeast Corridor project (the "T-Rex Project"). It is one of four routes that are part of the RTD's service plan for the corridor. It operates Monday through Friday and does not run on weekends.
The F Line's northern terminus is at 18th Street in downtown Denver. It shares track with the D Line from 18th Street to I-25 & Broadway, then runs along the Southeast Corridor to Lincoln Avenue in Lone Tree.
According to a map in the RTD's service plan for the corridor, the F Line's color is red.
Famous quotes containing the word line:
“For a woman to get a rewarding sense of total creation by way of the multiple monotonous chores that are her daily lot would be as irrational as for an assembly line worker to rejoice that he had created an automobile because he tightened a bolt.”
—Edith Mendel Stern (19011975)
