Eye II Eye is the fourteenth studio album by German heavy metal band Scorpions, released in 1999. It is a radical departure in that Eye II Eye is much more pop-oriented than their previous work, which alienated some fans, despite lead single "Mysterious" reaching number 26 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart.
For the first (and, thus far, only) time, Scorpions released a song recorded in their native language, namely "Du bist so schmutzig".

Famous quotes containing the word eye:
“City people try to buy time as a rule, when they can, whereas country people are prepared to kill time, although both try to cherish in their mind’s eye the notion of a better life ahead.”
