Sterling Haldane was the funeral director who co owned a skin graph company with Ethan Pierce (Owen Black). Sterling supplied bodies to the company illegally and when the bodies ran out, the two were forced to kidnap and murder a pensioner. When the crime came out, Ethan resorted to murdering Sterling to cover his tracks.
