Ralston's younger brother was Howard Ralston who had some roles in silent pictures but never achieved the stardom of his sister. They both had appeared in Huckleberry Finn in 1920. He died in 1992. She is of no known relation to fellow silent film actress Jobyna Ralston. She was the aunt of television/stage/radio/recording artist Bob Ralston and the great-great aunt of stage and television actor Field Cate.
