Description
The refinery has a capacity of 300,000 barrels per day (48,000 m3/d). It is configured to produce Euro II and Euro III grades of petrol and diesel fuel. The refinery has built-in environment friendly technologies for pollution management and has also planted over one million trees to ensure a green corridor around the entire refinery complex. After its expansion it runs at a Nelson complexity index of 12.8. This means it will be able to refine all varieties of crude, producing Euro 5 grade fuels. The refinery employs over 1,000 personnel.
