A variety of retail and service outlets are located in the retail core, Erindale Shopping Center, accessed off Denigan Street and Grattan Court, including a Woolworths supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, Michel's Patisserie, Coffee Guru, a take away shop, Mr. Sushi, a fish market, Canberra's Italian Deli, Erindale Meats and a St. George Bank branch. Several other outlets, including a 7-Eleven service station (converted from Mobil in 2011 after 7-Eleven acquired Mobil Australia outlets), are located in a mixed services area on the southern side of McBryde Crescent. Foundation Health Care and Erindale Chambers are located off Comrie Street.

A new Caltex Woolworths Fuel service station and retail complex were constructed on Denigan Street in 2006.

Some buildings in Erindale Centre are: The Cheesecake Shop and Goodberry's Ice Creamery.

Erindale Police Citizens Youth Club, Gugan Gulwan Youth Centre and Erindale Christian Centre are located at the northern end of the centre. Adjoining the commercial precinct of Erindale are Erindale College, Erindale Library, Active Leisure Center Erindale Vikings Club, and Tuggeranong Uniting Church.
