Emsworth & District founded in 1977 is an independent bus operator in Hampshire and Sussex, owned by Paul and Marion Lea and their daughter Caren. Despite its name, its buses are most likely to be seen in Havant, the town neighbouring Emsworth.
They operate many rural and urban services in Havant and Emsworth. The services started at deregulation with the operation of route 121. It is the first of Emsworth & District's distinct service pattern - commercially operated school services. Its primary route is route 27 which goes from Rowland's Castle through to Southbourne. They operate school services for Chichester High School and Bourne Community College.
The coach fleet operates all-year round UK and European excursions and tours, private hire, and rail replacement. Three coaches are fitted with wheelchair lifts. From 4.12.2012 the company took over routes 54, 91, 92 & 93 from Countryliner.
