Ellen Wellmann (born 28 June 1948 in Müglitztal, Saxony) is a German track and field athlete who was born as Ellen Tittel. She ran the 1500 m in the 1970s. In the 1980s she moved into more long distance runs, including the 3000 m, 5000 m, and 10,000 m. In 1975 she married Paul-Heinz Wellmann, who won a bronze medal in the 1976 Olympics for the 1500 m.
