Elizabeth Webber
Elizabeth Imogene Webber (formerly Lansing and Spencer) is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. She has been portrayed by Rebecca Herbst since August 1997. From June 8, 2011 to June 20, 2011, she was temporarily portrayed by actress Martha Madison while Herbst on medical leave recovering from viral meningitis.
