Production
With a $80,000 budget, El Fin started filming July 2010, first in Nosara, then in other urban locations, such as the Yellow Submarine bar in Moravia, the jail scene at the police station in Heredia and the complicated destroyed car scene was filmed in San Diego, Tres Ríos. The movie was originally coming out October 29, 2011, but it was postponed in order to resolve technical issues and improve the producers' support.
