East New Sarajevo

East New Sarajevo (Bosnian: Istočno Novo Sarajevo, Источно Ново Сарајево), formerly known as Srpsko Novo Sarajevo (Cyrillic: Српско Ново Сарајево) and Lukavica (Cyrillic: Лукавица), is a municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was created from part of the pre-war municipality of Novo Sarajevo (the other part of the pre-war municipality is now in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).

East New Sarajevo is a one of the six municipalities of the City of East Sarajevo (Serbian Cyrillic: Град Источно Сарајево). There have been some proposals for the municipality to be merged with that of Istočna Ilidža.
