Boundaries
The constituency occupies the eastern portion of the London Borough of Ealing. It is made up of eight electoral wards from the borough:
- Acton Central, Ealing Broadway, Ealing Common, East Acton, Hanger Hill, South Acton, Chiswick Southfield, Walpole
These electoral wards were used following its review of parliamentary representation leading to the 2010 general election. The Boundary Commission for England created the new seat as a successor seat for Ealing, Acton and Shepherd's Bush, which was held by the Labour Party. Ealing Central and Acton also includes areas taken from adjoining constituencies.
