Programming
The station broadcasts mainly adult contemporary music aimed at the 35+ age group. Its flagship show is The More Music Breakfast Show presented by "local Dub", Liam Coburn (weekdays from 6:00-11am). The station broadcasts news on the hour (half-hour at peak times) along with sports, traffic and weather updates. From September 2008, under new management the station has adopted a more music, less talk format. Recent JNLR listenership results have seen the station go from strength to strength with Dublin's Q102 recording a market share of 9.4%.

Famous quotes containing the word programming:
“If there is a price to pay for the privilege of spending the early years of child rearing in the drivers seat, it is our reluctance, our inability, to tolerate being demoted to the backseat. Spurred by our success in programming our children during the preschool years, we may find it difficult to forgo in later states the level of control that once afforded us so much satisfaction.”
—Melinda M. Marshall (20th century)
