2013 Cock Fighting Allegations
Rookie skaters Brian Sherwood and Joseph Lodge, along with head coach, Zachary Baylis, were sentenced to forty-seven weeks community service in the downtown Dublin area for their part in the cock fighting scandal. Their suspensions were repealed after extensive bargaining with the league President Felix O'Malley. Veteran forward, Aaron Cuskeran was directly involved in the scandal which included the deaths of over 12 chickens. He received a 40 game suspension but returned in time for the playoffs.
