Dribble Glass

A dribble glass is a drinking glass that has holes hidden in the etched design.

The purpose of a dribble glass is for pranks. When a person tilts the glass to take a drink from this glass, he ends up spilling the liquid on his clothing as the drink trickles through the holes.

The dribble glass was invented by S.S. Adams.

In April 2009, S.S. Adams Co. was acquired by Magic Makers, Inc.

Famous quotes containing the words dribble and/or glass:

    A society which allows an abominable event to burgeon from its dungheap and grow on its surface is like a man who lets a fly crawl unheeded across his face or saliva dribble unstemmed from his mouth—either epileptic or dead.
    Jean Baudrillard (b. 1929)

    We are little airy creatures,
    All of different voice and features:
    One of us in glass is set,
    One of us you’ll find in jet,
    T’other you may see in tin,
    And the fourth a box within;
    If the fifth you should pursue,
    It can never fly from you.
    Jonathan Swift (1667–1745)
