The second known Celestial with the right to judge worlds. When Kosmos and Kubik traveled the universe, they encountered this strange Celestial standing alone. It allowed them to enter its mind to see some of the Celestials' secrets. It eventually judged them worthy of life and then it was never seen again.

Famous quotes containing the words red, blue and/or judge:
“I spent my life mixin’ with your breed, and I don’t like it. Get me. You can hide behind a lot of red tape, crooked lawyers and politicians with the gimmes, writs of habeas corpus, witnesses that don’t remember overnight, but we’ll get through to you, just like we got all the rest.”
—Ben Hecht (1893–1964)
“This side of the truth,
You may not see, my son,
King of your blue eyes
In the blinding country of youth,
That all is undone,
Under the unminding skies....”
—Dylan Thomas (1914–1953)
“Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? And well you should not. For my ally is the Force. And a powerful ally it is.”
—Leigh Brackett (1915–1978)
