Dragon View

Dragon View, released in Japan as Super Drakkhen (スーパードラッケン?) and otherwise known as Drakkhen II, is a video game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in November 1994. It is meant to be a prequel to Drakkhen. Although it bears little resemblance to its predecessor, it utilizes the same pseudo-3D overworld system that the series is most famous for. Other features of Dragon View are its side-view action role-playing game( RPG) hybrid gameplay (used when exploring more detailed areas such as towns and dungeons), its well translated first person storyline, and its emphasis on player-driven "free" exploration.

Famous quotes containing the words dragon and/or view:

    The Powers whose name and shape no living creature knows
    Have pulled the Immortal Rose;
    And though the Seven Lights bowed in their dance and wept,
    The Polar Dragon slept,
    His heavy rings uncoiled from glimmering deep to deep....
    William Butler Yeats (1865–1939)

    Who claims that the heathen’s view of the world is incorrect? Life gives you nothing! It is ruled by false gods! Nothing remains true to you but your own self; provided you remain true to it.
    Franz Grillparzer (1791–1872)
