Downer Rail (EDi Rail until 2 July 2007) is a rail company based in Australia. Formed by a merger of Walkers and Clyde Engineering, it is currently a division of Downer EDi. Downer Rail services include design, manufacture, refurbishment and maintenance of rolling stock.
