On May 11, 2010, Shawn Carey was named the new principal, and she began performing her job duties on July 1, 2010. Shawn Carey was a former teacher and assistant principal at DPHS.
The school has three assistant principals: Monica Hammonds (Athletics and Activities), Ryan Gleason (Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment), and Jorge Fulco (Discipline and Safety).
