Don Valley North was a federal electoral district represented in the Canadian House of Commons from 1988 to 1997. It was located the city of North York, in the province of Ontario. This riding was created in 1987, and was first used in the federal election of 1988. It was created from parts of Don Valley East and York--Scarborough ridings.
Don Valley North consisted of the part of the City of North York lying within the following limits: commencing at the intersection of Bayview Avenue and Steeles Avenue East; east to Victoria Park Avenue, south to Highway 401, west to the Don River East Branch, north to Finch Avenue East, west along Finch Avenue to Bayview Avenue, and then north along Bayview Avenue to the point of commencement.
Former North York city council member Barbara Greene, a Progressive Conservative, was elected as its first Member of Parliament in the 1988 election. She was defeated by Liberal Sarkis Assadourian in the 1993 election.
In 1996, the riding was abolished through redistribution, and divided between Don Valley East and Willowdale ridings.
