Doctor Claw
Dr. Claw is a partially seen character that is the main villain in the animated television series, Inspector Gadget, and the films that followed. He is the primary antagonist in every episode of the original series, as well as for the majority of episodes of the spin-off, Gadget and the Gadgetinis.
