Dinesh Singh (19 July 1925 – 30 November 1995) was an Indian politician. A member of the Kalakankar dynasty, he served as a Member of Parliament on several occasions and twice served as the Minister of External Affairs of India. Nehru]'s private secretary M.O. Mathai alleges in his book Reminisces of the Nehru Age that Dinesh Singh had a sexual affair with Nehru's daughter Indira Gandhi (who had a long affair with Mathai himself).
