The Omar
The Omar is a single shared consciousness entity, originating from remnants of Russian science complex, who were forced to merge into one collective consciousness due to events of The Collapse. The Omar rely on selling black market technology and their (or more precise, its) only ultimate goal is to seek ways to improve the survivability in various environments. It is revealed in the game, that Omar increase their ranks by capturing homeless people to perform the transformation, which involves removal and replacement of large portions of human nerve system. The members (or drones) are extreme modified anonymous cyborgs, that share common intellect and are unrecognizable behind masks, but there are two outsider associates, not counting Leo Jankowski:
