Delta Ethniki or Regional Championship is called the semi-professional league in Greece. The participants are divided into six regional groups this year, consisting of sixteen clubs. The first club of each group is promoted to Football League 2 (Greece) (the lowest national league), and the last ones are relegated to the local amateur divisions.
