Deborah Coyne
Deborah Margaret Ryland Coyne (born February 24, 1955) is a Canadian constitutional lawyer, professor, and author. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and a Master of Philosophy from Oxford University in international relations. On June 27, 2012, Coyne announced her candidacy for the leadership of the Liberal Party of Canada, to be decided on during the party's leadership election in April 2013.
