David Wilhelm
David Wilhelm (born October 2, 1956) is known for his work as a manager of high-level campaigns, most notably the 1992 U.S. Presidential campaign of Bill Clinton.
Raised in Athens, Ohio, Wilhelm is committed to Central Appalachia, and has conceived and implemented many transformational projects and funds in the area. Eventually, Wilhelm settled in Chicago, Illinois and managed campaigns for many Illinois Democrats. Currently, Wilhelm is the developer of a 49.9 megawatt solar project in Noble County, OH.
He received his B.A. from Ohio University, as well as a Master of Public Policy from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government. He has also received honorary doctorates from Ohio University, the University of Charleston, and Wheeling Jesuit University.
