David Stuart Rose (June 30, 1856 – August 8, 1932) was an American Democratic politician.
Born in Darlington, Wisconsin, Rose studied law and was admitted to the bar practicing law with his father. He was mayor of Darlington 1883-1884 and then served as county judge of Lafayette County, Wisconsin. Rose then moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he practiced law; Rose was elected mayor of the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin serving from 1898 to 1906 and from 1908 to 1910. After his political career, Rose stayed in Milwaukee where he practiced law and had business interests.
