David S. Terry

David Smith Terry (March 8, 1823 – August 14, 1889) was a California State Father and from 1855 to 1859 California State Supreme Court Justice, serving as the 4th Chief Justice of California from 1857. He was leader of the Chivalry Democratic Party.
