Personal Life
Ruprecht was born in St. Louis, Missouri to a Lutheran minister. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Downsize DC Foundation and is a member of the Libertarian Party. Ruprecht is a former Executive Director of the Libertarian Party of California.
He is a long-time member of Rotary International. He is married to choreographer Patti Colombo.
He is currently a practicing member of the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod.
