Trademark Fight With Jay-Z

In April 2010, rapper and producer Jay-Z and his business partner Juan Perez initiated a trademark infringement case against Big Papi's night club 40/40 located in his native Dominican Republic. The term 40/40 in baseball refers to the ballplayers in the Major Leagues who have both 40 home runs and 40 stolen bases in a single season.
