Return To Judicial Service
Markus returned to the New York State Judiciary in early 2011, when he was named Deputy Counsel and cross-designated as Referee in Supreme Court, Ninth Judicial District. In this capacity, Markus presides over foreclosure conferences and assists in trial court decisions in civil litigation.
