David Kerr (Northern Irish Politician)

David Kerr (born 1957) is a politician from Northern Ireland who is the Chairman of the UK-wide Third Way, a liberal nationalist party which advocates direct democracy along the lines of Switzerland. He was born in Belfast and lives in the city's Shankill Road area.
