David Goodhart was the Editor of Prospect, a British current affairs magazine. He was formerly a senior correspondent of the Financial Times. He is married to Financial Times journalist Lucy Kellaway; they have four children.
In June 2010 he announced that he would step down as editor of Prospect once a replacement editor had been found.
Goodhart has produced several radio documentaries for the BBC on subjects ranging from the rise of Blue Labour to mass immigration.
On 19th September 2011, David Goodhart became Director of the London based think tank Demos.
