Duncan and his wife, Jeanine, live in Kimberling City, Missouri.
His younger son, Chris, was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals and made his major league debut in 2005. His older son, Shelley, was selected in the second round of the 2001 draft by the New York Yankees and had his major league debut on July 20, 2007.
