Darker Days Ahead

Darker Days Ahead is the second album by Terrorizer. It was released in 2006 on Century Media, seventeen years after their 1989 debut World Downfall. Darker Days Ahead is Terrorizer's final album recorded with guitarist, Jesse Pintado, who died five days after its release due to liver failure. The album has been received coldly because of the non-classic line up and the overall sound, which leans more on death metal than grindcore.

Famous quotes containing the words darker days, darker and/or days:

    Dark
    days are past
    and darker days draw near;

    So they, who climb to wealth, forget
    The friends in darker fortunes tried.
    I copied them—but I regret
    That I should ape the ways of pride.
    William Cullen Bryant (1794–1878)

    Most days I feel like an acrobat high above a crowd out of which my own parents, my in-laws, potential employers, phantoms of “other women who do it” and a thousand faceless eyes stare up.
