Famous quotes containing the word body:

“A body of work such as Pasteur’s is inconceivable in our time: no man would be given a chance to create a whole science. Nowadays a path is scarcely opened up when the crowd begins to pour in.”
    —Jean Rostand (1894–1977)

“Gin a body meet a body
    Flyin’ through the air,
Gin a body hit a body,
    Will it fly? and where?”
    —James Clerk Maxwell (1831–1879)
