"A Second Crisis"
From Grant Morrison's run on Animal Man. "A second crisis" is foreshadowed from Animal Man #18 (December 1989). In #23 and 24 (May and June 1990), the Psycho-Pirate recreates items, characters and comic books which were destroyed along with the multiverse in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Animal Man manages to avert the crisis.
