Original Plans For The Character
Kurt Busiek originally intended Alice Nugent the former lab assistant to Henry Pym to be the Crimson Cowl. The next Thunderbolts writer Fabian Nicieza revealed that Justin Hammer's previously unknown daughter Justine was the new Crimson Cowl. Nicieza would later use Alice Nugent himself and make her the new Doctor Spectrum.
