Courtney B. Vance
Courtney Bernard Vance (born March 12, 1960) is an American actor. He used to be a regular on Law & Order: Criminal Intent as Assistant District Attorney Ron Carver. He was also a series regular on the ABC series FlashForward. He guest starred on the TNT series The Closer as Chief Tommy Delk, from 2010-2011.
