Corpus Spongiosum Penis
Corpus spongiosum (Plural: Corpora Spongiosa) (also known as corpus cavernosum urethrae in older texts) is the mass of spongy tissue surrounding the male urethra within the penis. Although called corpus cavernosum in older texts, this is not correct.
