Constance H. Williams
Constance H. "Connie" Williams is a former American politician. A Democrat, she served in the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing the 17th District, from 2001 to 2009. She previously represented the 149th District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1997 to 2001.
