- Ann Galluzzo, whom he married in 1996 and divorced in 2006. They have two children:
- Addison McGillicudy (born 3 March 2000)
- Cornelius McGillicudy V (born 14 October 2002)
- Representative Mary Bono (R-CA) who is six years his senior, former wife of Glenn Baxley and widow of Sonny Bono. They married in 2007 in Asheville, North Carolina. By this marriage, he has two stepchildren, Chesare and Chianna Bono.
