New and developing technologies in the medical/surgical field, and furthermore experimental devices might rise new and unforeseen risks for the patient and/or the surgical team. Famous quotes containing the words ethical and/or issues:
“Criminals are never very amusing. Its because theyre failures. Those who make real money arent counted as criminals. This is a class distinction, not an ethical problem.”
—Orson Welles (19151985)
“Your toddler will be good if he feels like doing what you happen to want him to do and does not happen to feel like doing anything you would dislike. With a little cleverness you can organize life as a whole, and issues in particular, so that you both want the same thing most of the time.”
—Penelope Leach (20th century)
